The geographical area was perfect distance to those destinations. In addition, the cottage was perfect distance to go to downtown local eatery shopping and historical sites. Are there handicap accessible options?

We have a roll-in shower with shower bench in Cottage Room Suite A, with a one-step entrance. We are hoping to remove this step in our next renovation fo a full zero-step experience.

What about my pets?

Pets in longer stay units need prior approval from condo association. to keep allergies low for shorter term guests, pets are currently not permitted.

Why do I need to sign a lease for 31 days?

For the protection of both tenant and landlord, stays 31 days or more require a lease and certain Massachusetts notifications.
